As a dedicated collective of certified engineers, architects, and designers, we meticulously curate every aspect of our clients' home.

After the client's approval, the custom made parts from trusted factories are transported to the site for our team to install it on location.

The factories we work with are from Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Italy and Portugal, and all certified with EU Sustainability Requirements

WHY OUR HOMES?

Time Management

project planning and execution

Time Saving

Project planning, searching for builders and selecting building materials

Fast Assembly

The factory construction of components happens simultaneously with on-site and foundation work, allowing DEKA houses to be completed faster than traditional construction methods.

Possibility to rebuild

A small DEKA house can be used as primary construction, for a bigger future project, completed and developed from the smaller house

Sustainability:

energy efficiency

Minimizing our carbon footprint and reducing CO2 emissions

Our wooden structures are sourced from sustainably certified factories with their own construction-grade timber and engineered forests, ensuring renewable resources.

We install solar panels as the main energy source and use low-emissivity glass windows to prevent indoor energy loss, thereby reducing monthly bills. Additionally, by optimizing logistics and choosing smaller houses, we further reduce usage-space-related carbon emissions.

Ecology

We minimize the impact on soil due to the high strenght-to-weight ratio of our light mass timber wood

Cost, Quality and Comfort

Ready for use

All communications, equipment and plumbing are installed

Customization

You save on finishing materials, thanks to the flexibility of our wood in accommodating various design options.

Security

By using structural redundancy design, we ensure that the house can withstand the effects of a fire, using larger and thicker mass timber*

*Note: During our fire resistance test of a 5-ply cross-laminated timber panel wall, the panel was subjected to temperatures exceeding 1,800 Fahrenheit and lasted 3 hours and 6 minutes, far more than the two-hour rating that building codes require.

We value transparency

Showing our homes in the making means to share our mission to sustainable living
